Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that certain items are non-returnable (see Section 6 below for details).
If we do not offer returns or refunds for certain products, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with the correct return address and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Do not send your item back to the original shipping address — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Conditions & Eligibility

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item does not match the product description

  • You are not fully satisfied with your purchase (within 30 days)

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item was used, washed, or altered

  • The product is marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery

  • You provide an incorrect shipping address causing delivery failure


4. Shipping & Handling Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Martintag does not cover postage fees for returns.
No additional restocking or handling fee will be charged.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item not in original condition), we will inform you of the reason via email.


6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable or hygiene-related items

  • Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Gift cards or promotional items


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
