1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that custom-made items, personalized products, or exclusive limited items are non-returnable. For more details, check the Exceptions / Non-returnable Items section below.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions and the correct return address via email.
⚠️ Do not send your items back to the original shipping address, as returns sent there will not be processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the shipping process has started, cancellation will no longer be possible.
